Where to go from here...
Age 38 - weight 180- bench 350/squat 500, never geared but ready now.
I feel that i have good power but totally lack size. I want to grow. I eat very healthy and hit the gym 5-6days week.. Just can't stay away. Just started with some right shoulder pain, hurts to lift arm over my head.
All these post make gear look so easy, where the hell does all the gear come from? ...(not really expecting and answer here)
I'm a little nervous to ask around my gym. Any help getting to the next level would be appreciated. If you need more info I'd be happy to supply it.
I've read all the rules so please don't flame me, just trying to learn.
Tnx

You aren't the only one looking around!! Trust me...just stick around and learn...there is A LOT to learn...and your shoulder could be related to rotator cuff.

Bro if your looking for size you need to eat more, with the proper calorie intake gear isn't going to do anything. So add 500 calories a day to your diet, try to get to the 200 mark then juice.
Don't buy your gear at the gym you'll pay to much for it.

sound advice from everyone above.........
especially the research part. read, read, read bro. get as much info going in as you can. know the drugs youre planning on using, and understand what they do for(and to) you. look into the anti-e and pct drugs as well, as you'll need them also.
sounds like youre pretty dedicated gym wise, but diet and rest habits have to be in order too. johnnyb mentioned upping your cals to start.......this is an excellent idea. you might find that you can add the extra mass without even using.
we're close to the same age, and ive been around the block a little, so if you need help or guidance, feel free to drop me a pm.

Thanks for all the feedback.
Looking at my 1st run with gear. What do you think? What would you change?
Equiposie 250 mg wkly X10
Anavar 25mg daily X10
Looked at Anadrol instead of Anavar but not sure, since this will be my 1st attempt.
I don't want to jump crazy into this and thought this is a good start. ???
Tnx!

Here is a good thread to start with and give you the initial train of thought to design the first cycle. Most everyone will refer to this roadmap of a first cycle.
Newbies this is for you

Dr9999, as what was advised to you to by the others here, just keep checking out this and a couple other boards, bro. You'll have your answer. I assure you. And just a slice of advice, please don't pm any of the members or MODs for such advice. That won't be a good start for you.
