Ok Every One, Heres A Little Back Ground On Me, 46 Yrs , 5' 9" 192 Lbs
Bf@ About 12% On Good Diet And And Am Being Trained By A Pro.

Spent A Lot Of Time In The Joint When I Was Younger Age 17 -28 Lifted But Did Not Really Understand Bb As I Do Today.

Started Two And Half Years Go Bb And Have Made Some Good Gains And Have Done A Couple Of Competions To Get My Feet Wet, Didn't Place But My Son Did First Time Out.

Not Wanting To Go Backto Prison I Have Opted For A Leagle Means To Optain My Gear, Yes Expensive! But I Owen My Own Business And Dont Want To Gamble With My Possesion That I Have Abtained Over The Last 18 Years

In The Past I Have Abused Drugs So I Am Not Afraid Of Injections Though These Type Of Needles Are Going To Be A Bit Bigger And Are To Be Used Muscularly And Not Intravienous

Need Some Ideas On What Type Of Cycle For My First Time.

I Have Test E 200 Ml X10 2ea. And Deca 300 Ml X10 2 Ea.
I Do Some D-bol Also.
Yes I Do Have Products From The Ar Store And Will Need Some Pct Advice.

Welcome to the club bro. I am 50 and I have just started my second cycle.

If I was you I would just do this

wk 1-12 Test E 500mg / Week shot twice a week on Mon and Thurs 250mg each

and PCT

You will need to make sure your diet is very good as well or you wont get the gains you are expecting

Keep the Deca and Dbol for your next cycle

I second the motion. Except maybe 10 weeks might be better.

Sounds like it would help for you to do more researching around sites like AR -if you haven't used the "Search" button it'll help a lot.

Also try to find out how Not To Have All Your Words Capitalized.

I am 51, have done numerous cycles, and have tried 2 longer cycles. One thing I can tell you for sure - older age and long cycles = bad idea. Post cycle crash is a killer! Keep 'em 8 weeks max. IMO, if you use a long acting ester (cyp, enanthate,etc) substitute test prop, 50-100 mgs eod, the last two weeks and do not skimp on PCT. Recovery for me has been much quicker and less traumatic doing this. Good luck.

Make sure you get complete blood panel first and a PSA tests. 400mg wk should be more than enough.

I'M 52 and on my 2nd cycle. I agree with the above

I was wrong about my bf%, my trainer mesured me at 10% yesterday,my weight is up to 201#

I belive this due to the 30 mg of d-bol taken everyday, strength has increased a small amount but i do feel full and pumped

Today was the third shot of test-e at 400 mg per wk.

I do feel better and do have a better attitude during the day.

This d-bol has me swoled up! definate strength increases,body weight up to 207#

I can't wait till I am done with the d-bol my lower back gets so pumped I can't bend over to finish some routines.

The shots are just like second nature, dosen't bother me in the least. :banana:

Maybe look into a little HGH to add in...for us older gents...this stuff is the bomb...

I am in my 40's, I have had several testosterone checks at the Dr. Office and it always comes up as Low Normal... I am close to the borderline, but he would not hook me up. Even if he did, it would be that patch or cream crap. anywho, I have done several cycles and I feel great on test. I only go off cycle for 6 to 8 weeks, then get right back on. I find that I am using Test now mainly to keep my libido, then to keep the gains.
