new old guy
What's up fellas.
I'm in the over 30 group (33) - only been lifting seriously for a little over a year - before that I was unbelievably weak and skinny. I probably still am compared to most of ya'll, but I'm working towards my vision everyday. Thinking of cycling soon, but no safe source yet. I've been checking out the posts here for awhile, and have found them very educational _ figured it was time I start joining the discussions but I'll keep listening and learning too. Thanks for all the good info.

Welcome, Joe.
Mrs. T
"We can change the world when we change ourselves. And the energy of our consciousness, like the energy of all light, continues into the eternity. When there is light in the soul there will be beauty in the person. When there is beauty in the person there will be harmony in the home. When there is harmony in the home there will order in the nation. When there is order in the nation there will be peace in the world."

'Senior Citizen?' 'Old Timer?'
C'mon, those titles should be reserved by us guys who deserve it, not them young 30-something punks!

Welcome bro.
Why did you not include the 9 at the end of your username? Who use to sing that song anyway?
