40yo This is what I have what should I do?

I finished my first cycle of orals a month ago I used anavar and Dianabol. I finished it with 3 weeks of nolva. It was an 8 week cycle and went pretty well gained 18lbs and have maintained 11lbs. Would like to do another cycle in 1 month and this is what I have. Deca 300(2-10ml vials) and 200 tabs dianabol. I also have 100 tabs of anavar. I have plenty of nolva to use during and after. Can someone help me put together a cycle with this. Have been reading this board and my head is spinning with all the info. I'll keep reading and learning but a little help would be appreciated. A few stats- I am 40 yo 5'8" and 178lbs

I would run a 10 week cycle weeks 1-10 deca every 4th day weeks 1-6 five tabs d-bol/day weeks 7-10 anavar 4 tabs/day

Can you get your hands on some Test E or Test C, you will be able to put togthera good cycle with that

I agree the cycle would run much better with some test.
