    Day one...the journey begins

    This is day one of my cycle. No results yet, what's wrong? HA... I am now one of you guys in body as well as in spirit. I'm not going to post any specs yet because I have been dieting for the past few weeks and cleaning out my system. Also, I took last week off from the gym to rest up and get ready. Therefore, my gains for this week may be misleading. Part of what I gain will simply be my filling back out. So, I'll post weight and measurements at the end of the week.
