Hi,

As previously posted yesterday I started my first cycle for over 15 years and as usual I went out on the bike to do some light training (its now my off season), however, this morning I woke with a real nasty head cold and sote throat.

This set me thinking on what should I do if I'm mid-cycle and say get a real nasty cold that lays me up for some time... now I know I'd stop training as I wouldn't have the energy or inclination, but what do you do with the juice and diet? Try and maintain it at the level recommended in your cycle or what?

Any thoughts?
