getting back into it
im 32 and have been out of the gym for about 5 yrs kids,wife and a job that takes up alot of time. any thoughts on anything to start back with? im 5'8" and about 220lbs. ive done t-200 and other bulking ones but ive been out of seen for to long

I was out of the gym for 10 yrs (wife, kids, house, carreer). My current age is 45, It took me about 1 yr to get back about 90-95% of where I was at before. If I were you, I would get my training & diet in order. Wait till you hit a plateau, change things up to break the plateau & once you have exhausted everything else, then look at doing a cycle. IMO, it would be best to get the most naturally, before gear...no need to rush.
You might want to do some research on HST also before gear. I did HST & was able to put another 35lb on my bench & 10lbs of body weight with it. I had my bench back up to 360 lbs at bw of 202 with the help of HST. Now pushing 400 at 212lbs (which is where I was at 28yrs old).

Agreed, wait till you get a good diet and routine in order... stick with them for a good year before starting in on any gear.
