Saw Palmetto For Hair Loss???
Anyone else know about this? Seems like I read that Saw Palmetto was good for hair loss. I know they promote it as helpful for the prostrate which is what Proscar does too (I think).
Anyway, my hair seems to be thinning on my current cycle. Using Nioxin and will probably buy some Nizoral soon as well.

I've seen recommendations for 325 mg / day of saw palmetto . . . I just happened to have a bottle of that stuff (don't remember why I got it), but each capsule is only 25 mg. Would one have to take 13 of those capsules every day, is 325 overstated?

I have some that says 160mgs. That would mean only a few pills a day.

Go here to look at existing hair loss treatments.

My advice would be to get the real deal, some finestride in the form of proscar and divide the tabs into 1/4's. Finestride in the form of propecia is much more expensive.
