Just wanted to post in this area, you know, since we're all senior citizens here. LOL. I've had some great results with using hgh and AAS in the recent 18 months, however, this time frame is CERTAINLY not my first experiance with AAS. I've been weight training for 34 yrs, longer than most people I know are old. wish I won the genetic lottery, however, came up a few numbers short. I've historically been somewhat of a hard gainer, some would disagree. I've competed once, at 22, and won a local show. since then, still trained, did more cycles but it was only 4 yrs ago that I got back into the bodybuilding to the degree I consider serious. do I want to compete again?? don't know, we'll see. but my story here starts at a bodyweight of 190 ( after 2000 when I stopped racing amatuer motocross due to injuries, so releatively lean too, but no real #'s). a friend of mine turned me onto a HRT center where I began 3 iu ( 6 on/1 off) along with some AAS, mainly deca and winni v. also, taking arimidex EOD.I noticed the biggest gains going into this summer. InApril of this tr ( so, I'd be on 3 ius for 1 yr) then bumped the iu's to 6 per day and have kept it there since. I was using 800 mg/week of deca ( twice per week)and 300mg of winny v (EOD 100 mg) also, incorporated igf-1 lr3 into the mix. I also use some test cream Am and PM. my bodyweight ( BTW, I'm 5' 9")went from 205 to 217 ( august @ 8% BF). I also began eating breakfast @ 3 AM, partially by a coincidence. couldn't sleep one night as was hungry, so what the hell, lets eat. found I fell right back to sleep and slept like a baby. been doing that ever since, I've read that alone helps reduce the cortisol flush of early AM. right now ( 7 weeks following my AAS cycle) I'm at 224, not as lean now. but hell, its winter. just my story, I'm planning on another cycle here starting in December, following bloodwork in two weeks. anyway, glad to be here. I've already learned so much from this site!!!!
