Just under 6 weeks and have broken the plateau. I stayed at 250 for a couple of weeks (the good thing is I lost NO weight after stopping the dbol), but as of today I'm up 2 more pounds at 252. That's a total now of 19 pounds. My only complaint is I'm not feeling the joint relief from the deca that I'd hoped for. I'm only 8 pounds away from my goal now.
