    Grandpa Kicks A$$!

    82 year old guy benches 320 lbs & Deads 420 lbs…Unbelievable! I hope I am hitting that when I'm that age… Sh!t, I just hope to mke it to that age…

    That's insane.
    Just wondering though, how heavy are the bar and plates that they're using?
    The bench was bar + 2 plates per side, and the deadlift was 3 plates per side.
    Usually that 315 and 405 lbs respectively.

    If you look closely at the end of the clip the spotter taks off the lock and a smaller plate.
