38 help
I have done some research and I believe i am going to do a cycle. Its been over 15 years since the last time I did and I am in need of some assistance.

I am 38 active but a little to large around the waist need more size in muscle less in gut

I would like to go from 210 that I am to 190/ 195 by loosing the gut and keeping or adding more muscle chest legs arms area.
