It's is too bad....
that more guys don't post in the over 30 forum. It just doesn't get that much run.

hey, I haven't been here in a loooooong time. I got alot of research ahead of me before I can formulate some quality questions, and maybe even some good advice from my own experience.....

back when i was lurking and just reading i used to read this forum all the time ... hasnt been much activity here lately though ... maybe it'll pick up

I guess i am the young man of the bunch 34, 5 10 and 220 pounds of fat, injured for 6 years with back pain.
trying to get back into it slowly.
Chiro put me on the ph diet to lower acid in my body and i am doing something called Heel for 3 months its a complete body cure.
I been eating so much junk since i cant train.
