Starting my 4th week of test e...eating 3500 cals. Got my blood pressure down and I'm really starting to see strength in the gym. I'm adding at least 10lbs to all workout weights everytime I hit that body part. After so many months of plateau-ing it's great. Body fat is down from 20% to 18% per calipers. My old metabolism is back.
I'm 44 yo and feel 28 again...
it can work for us old guys.
I've got 8 more weeks to go..I can't wait to see the changes over the next 8 weeks.
