You just go down below to the file downloads under additional options and attach!

Go into the thread. At the bottom of the page click on "Go Advanced" at the bottom of that page click on "Manage Attachments" Self explanatory from there

On the top of the page of this forum you will see a quick links link. Click on it and go to;

1. edit profile
2. Edit Avatar

The display picture is called Avatar. Their you can add your picture.
