Theres a bet going around my mothers job, who can lose the most weight within 4 months. I want her to win ,, please guys help out maybe theres is a supplement also that can help her that is safe for her at GNC. Also she is 46 yeaers old, its hard for her to drop weight any suggestions. Would be well appreciated. Weighs about 160 id'e say.

diet...cardio...diet...and maybe some green tea pills...I'm not sure what your experience level is as far as training but you should design her a program and hand walk her through it to the end.
