Getting started advise
Good day to all,
I need some advise. I am over 30 and a bit over weight. I have been going to the gym 5 times a week. In the morning I do one hrs hard core cardio and in the evening I go back and do weight training. I am not loosing weight nor gaining any mussel mass. I want to get into GH to see if it will help.
If any of you have recommendations for me of what to start with and how. Please let me know.
All help will be appreciated.

If the workout alone isn't doing the trick you need to look at your diet. Cut out the grease and sweets to start.

I have to agree with Benches....what does your diet consist of, usually if your not getting results it's not about adding any compounds as much as subtracting some of the less than ideal parts of your diet. You are in the right place to get great advise though....give a list of your typical daily diet and you'll get plenty of good recommendations from members...good luck!

I agree with the above mate..........DIET DIET DIET.
Cut out all refined sugar. Wholemeal bread only. No sweets. No fat etcetc.
Sure sounds like you are trying hard enough.

Diet
I have been on a strict diet. This diet consist of fish chicken breast and veggies.

How often and how many times per day do you eat?

6 times a day starting at 6am and the last at 9pm...
