Good day to all,
I need some advise. I am over 30 and a bit over weight. I have been going to the gym 5 times a week. In the morning I do one hrs hard core cardio and in the evening I go back and do weight training. I am not loosing weight nor gaining any mussel mass. I want to get into GH to see if it will help.
If any of you have recommendations for me of what to start with and how. Please let me know.
