My question is I have a problem falling asleep and if I do staying asleep. I really dont want to take any sleeping meds. I dont drink no caffeine, dont smoke great diet, and caffeine hard. I know a good nights sleep is key.

Some years back I had the same issues with sleep, I got some self-hypnosis tapes from Peter Siegel and they made a huge difference. It was about shutting down the mind and relaxing. Good Luck!

Alot of stress in our daily lives can make it difficult to sleep. Sometimes I go to bed with alot on my mind. Maybe those self hypnosis tapes can help. Melatonin works for me or tylenol pm.

i don't know if you take naps, but i find taking naps messes up my sleep schedule. try to get a routine of what time you are going to go to bed every night and what time you are going to wake up every morning. see if that helps. i wish you the best as i know it sucks when you don't get enough sleep.

Lunesta works better than Abmbien as you don't build a tolerance up to it.

I'm an insomniac...I use a 6mg melatonin to aid in me falling asleep. it's also a natural chemical that is produced in the body and yours might be low. start out with a 3mg pill at first.
