Do you guys feel you have to do a lot more to get the same results
I started to train again with weights and added some boxing and muay thai cd with a punching bag for cardio, i also use the stationnary bike few times a week and take my bike to work.
I weight train everyday, i split my bodyparts to do so, my weight training is kept to 30 minutes so i dont over train, with 30 seconds rest periods between sets.
Along with a good diet i just started to see the weight fall off, but it takes much more time then when i was in my 20.
I will be 35 June 21th.
Do you guys feel the same.
I have a hard time beleiving that train 3 times a week for 20 minutes can cut it has you grow older and the metabolism slows down.
