Heart pain
I keep getting these little aches in the area were my heart is.Any suggestions or comments.I'm not on any gear and do not take any recreational drugs, but there's alot of stress that my kids mother provides.I passed out one time about 1 year ago and had to wear a halter moniter for a day and there was no irregular heart beat or any thing to report that was a problem.

It's probably anxiety. But you should go to the dr and have a stress test and bloodwork done.

Maybe Enlarged Heart?
You might have an enlarged Heart.
It's not unheard-of with body builders.

You might just be one of those people (like me) who feels the small palpaltations. They are scary, but basically harmless.

Same. Been to the ER twice. Everything fine...sounds
Try cutting caffeine. Caffeine sets of my panic attacks. I also found that cutting out / limiting non-essential vitamin intake helped.

What is your age and workout frequency? I had the same thing and realized they were nothing more than muscle cramps. Caffeine can cause this as listed above.
I would get yourself checked out EKG if possible, but if you don't get them during exercise chances are it's something else.

The most common cause of chest pain is indigestion.

anxiety is an evil one.
i had a friend who had same thing ur talkin bout, Plus heart paplitations... but she would also wake up in the middle of the night w/ sharp chest pains, night sweats and tremors..
after a year of doctor hopping and getting checked out over and over.. it was pretty much chalked up "ANXIETY".
and her anxiety attacks would actually manifest themselves in her sleep.. weird eh?
just thought i would throw this out there.. but definetly get ekg done..
but yeah like prevoiusly stated.. if ur not having issues during training since endorphins are being released, anxiety would be what i would conclude.

the first sign of heart disease is a heart attack but at our age they are mostly fatal so dont worry about it.

LOL thats some funny shit right there ^^
Anyways I get those stupid heart pains quite often, mostly if I push my body beyond its running limits when playing soccer. Sometimes I can just be sitting here and boom it feels like someone is stabbing my heart over and over. I just ignore it because I know what it is and that I have nothing to be worried about. Besides if I die my family gets a nice check

That happened to me before, very sharp pain, doctor took blood samples, they ran oxygen tests, heart tests, everything was fine, they said it was acid reflux and gave me some medicine for it, hasn't bothered me ever since.

I just wanted to point out, that I had some issues where I had extra PAC's (I'm 35). These are extra heart beats basically. It feels like a big thump and then a pause, almost like your heart skipped a beat. I would get them for a week or so and then they would go away, only to return in days or weeks later.
After much anguish, and annoyance.. research and general discomfort, I figured out that my problem was that I was dehydrated. I could barely tell, I was doing a lot of running back then and just not drinking enough water.. I had no other symptoms of dehydration.. no headaches etc.
I drank like a fish (WATER!) for a while, and when they went away this time, they stayed away. So my suggestion to anyone here who is having something that sounds like this, drink water until your urine is crystal clear and keep it clear for a couple weeks (don't over hydrate, this has its own problems like electrolyte imbalances etc). It's crazy the shit that happens to our bodies when we don't drink enough water.
I was totally relieved to figure out that I didn't have some problem that I would carry with me forever like luggage.
Hope this helps someone, I struggled with this shit for like 6 months,
