JUST LAST NIGHT I DID BENCH MAX 205 * 6 REPS I KNOW THATS NOT ALOT BUT FOR ME W NO SPOTTER & AT HOME GYM I GUESS NOT TO BAD BUT WOULD LIKE TO ADD ABOUT 50LBS TO THAT
