2nd cycle help deca only

sup all me I'm 35 6.1 about 190 wrkingout 3yrs or so 1st cycle was test e only 275ml 1cc a week I know I did it wrong and 1cc to way to low but it was all I had my last pin was Sep 4th 07 I gained 14lbs and lost 4 pct was Tamox only ..I got my blood wrk done post cycle but not before"wrong as well"
but all my blood wrk is good..I did have high cholesterol 278 not sure how that is anyway I can get deca and maybe 1 jug of test e ..if I were to run deca only how much do u feel I need to run I was thinking 1.5ml 2x a week for 10 to 12 weeks I'm sill working on my PCT I have tamox now and looking for others ... My workout was off as well I was 1 of the guys that didn't do legs but now I am 2 1/2 months on em gained about 2lbs so far started the iron man hit I don't plan to start my next cycle till 1st of Feb 08 thanks for your time

1cc a week, what is the concentration? you need to be doing cycles in 'xx mg per week' not cc per week.

shoot every 3.5 days, not once a week.

deca alone is a bad choice, you need to run test with it the entire time.

pct needs work too, nolva/aromasin /hcg as deca is very suppressive.

The entire time and then some, stop the deca 2 weeks before you stop the test.

if the test e was 275, its was 275mg per ml (not 275ml)

so 1ml = 275mg (mg of test)

2ml = 550mg (mg of test) etc etc

1cc = 1ml they are the same thing.

cc and ml are a measure of liquid -

mg is the measure of hormone in the liquid.

My first cycle since 2001 was started with 200mg a week of deca and after the eighth week I had waaaaaaaaaaaaay to much water retention so I would be carfull and consider an AI like letro to keep tabs on it. Holding water sucks. Read up on insulin it might be a better stack next time at the end
