    Hyperthyroidism-

Does anyone know if AAS have an effect on the thyroid? I had blood work done and was told by my doc that I have an over active thryoid, needless to say I had a scan done and my thyroid is enlarged. At this point I am not sure if I should disclose that I have used steroids for some time now. It sucks when your blood work comes back and a few things are out of wack and your doc is wondering what is going on and you know why things are messed up.

that's one of the great things about doc confidentiality... you can tell them anything...and you should...
