    One issue at a time

Hello everyone. As you can see this is my first post and have some issues I need help with.
I am 45, 6’2” about 255. BF% is probably high but not extreme. I have been working out for the last three months and have gotten my diet about 90% clean. I see that I am making some gains in size and definition. My weight is not dropping but I am attributing that to the creatine and adding muscle. My first issue is that I am becoming more vascular, a little more definition in my arms and shoulders but it seems my mid section has not changed. It seems I am loosing body fat in certain places and gaining in others. Granted, my cardio is not huge as of yet, but my diet has done a 180 over the last4-6 months and I really see no significant BF loss. Any thoughts?

I am not a great believer in using cardio to lose bodyfat!! Every day I see lots of fatties on the cardio equipment and over the months they do not change much at all. I would also think that you haven't really cleaned up your diet as much as you think!!

Put more intensity into your workouts and do them faster. for example today I did chest and calf split so I do bench and then go straight to the calf machine and do my calfs and then back to the bench ..... chest has been rested when I do calves and then the calves arrested when I do bench.

You have upped the intensity without overexerting yourself and you can cut your time in the gym by at least 1/4
