hi..i am 38 years old have been working out for 3 years..% body fat is fairly high i would guess 25-30%..my question is..i can get test e 10ml bottle 250 ml...would doing 1 ml a week be any good to me...i am looking to lose some body fat and gain some strength..would i need pct with that amount? i am 6'2 265 lbs....thanks
