high bp
I just got my bp taken during an annual physical. My PC doctor said I'll have to go on medication if my BP does not go down in 6 months.
I'm 39 5'10 18% bf. 3200 cal per day. lift 3 days cardio 3 days 1 off.
last bp reading was 150/90. I quit smoking 9 months ago.
I've been training for the past 2 years after years of being a desk jockey.
Any advice? I don't want to get on the pharm tit.

Lifting & cardio 6 days a week. Alternating between lifting & cardio EOD. Back/biceps, chest/triceps, shoulders/abs, legs for lifting. 60 minutes on eliptical for cardio.
