    Listen, just because someone is advanced in years doesn't mean that they can't be strong. We have a guy that comes into the gym, goes right to the chin-up bar, cranks out 3 sets of 10, does push-ups, sit-ups, then jogs 2 miles. I forgot to mention, he is a WW II Vet, fought in Patton's Army, and is 89 years old!!!
