I love the Ethyl Ester form of Creatine. I've been using it for over a year. A secret way of using it to get greater absorption is to mix the powder with either Flax/Fish/Hemp oils. Ethyl Ester attracts to fat inside our muscles so why not help it out by mixing it with good types of fat before it hits our system.
CEE has not been clinally studied but I've gotten great results without any cramping/bloating/shits. I'm not looking for the bodybuilding mass bloated look and CEE works perfectly for me. No loading and I take only take 2 - 4 gms per day.
