hello im new to the boards 1st time ive been lifting about 30 years mostly powerlifting though, i got a question since i have been using AS for about 20 years but i never had the chance to use t3 can anybody help me use it in a sensible way ? by the way t4 does nothing for me. im on a 12 wk. cycle and have alot of muscle but i want to trim down and enter my second competition, coming in looking ripped and hard if anyone can help im never to old to learn? thanks guys
