Its been over a year since my (non workout) back injury, and Im pretty near where where I was, strength and weight wise, when I was injured mid-cycle. Ive pretty much gotten back all of my cycle gains

Except for one thing ... visceral fat. being laid up for a few months after eating 4000+ cals a day, well, you get the picture. I had a pot belly. Im around 15% bf now, but its a bit misleading .. I look less than that body wise ... the vascularity is coming back to the quads and chest, but my 'pregnant six pack' sticks out as far as a my chest, maybe a little more.

Cardio is still tough, but Im slowly hammering away at it.

I know increased bf is a no-no to start a cycle. how does visceral fat work into this? Is it worse? would more visceral fat, but less subq fat make the potential for aromitization worse? Im just starting planning for my first TestE cycle...
