cycles- none
pct /estrogen knowledge-well informed
goal- gain at least 30 to 40 ,with some good strength
meals- 3 meals a day, protein shakes, , creatine

need help on my diet and want to start with tbol cycle, until i get the nerve to inject. would like to shed some fat off around the waist.
any other suggestions on my goals.

post your diet and i'll help you with that

you could get some cyanocobalamin (injectable vitamin b12) and start injecting that subq or IM to get yourself used to the shots, b12 also increases hunger in some people so that will possibly help you eat more
