Well I went into the diet section as you recommended for me to do, I had responses right away on how to configure my diet little did I know that my food intake was not and I mean not even close to what I should be eating, so in turn a few guys have given me some good research and videos to watch, I am confidant that I can achieve what I'm looking for in gains and to actually keep them up as I train I have talked with a diet nutrionist at the hospital who are eager to help me free of charge is always a good thing these days lol, Guys I can,t thank you enough for taking the time to respond to me ...this is why this site is so important for beginners instead of using steroids go the healthier approach it's easy for anyone to just inject or throw some pills back , however you need the education that goes with it to do it safely just like eating the right foods at the right times you need to be educated to do it safely I will keep you guys posted on how I am doing what I am doing for training eating right etc.
Who knows some one may want to know the same things I was starving to know on making the gains awesome guys keep up the good work.....arttie p.s. steroids are not even an issuse with me anymore!!!
