My body metabolism went from 5th gear to 2nd great when I turned 46. For the first time in my life I had a jiggle when I ran up the stairs. LOL, yeah I freaked out. I graduated from college at 140lbs so when I hit 180lbs and got the jiggles it was a totally different experience. Since then I've just watched my portions. I love food so I eat everything including cookies, cakes, ice cream, donuts, LOL. But I do a lot of cardio and watch my portions. I just don't eat as much. If I eat a donut at lunch I eat less carb and more protein for dinner. If I eat a heavy protein breakfast I eat more veggies at lunch. I still do the protein and vitamin supplementation. I'm 50, 200lbs and about 15% bf. Oh, I'm on a cycle right now. I tell my wife I'm in the "bulking" phase as I gobble down everything in sight. LOL, not really. I'll get down to 10% bf when I'm done with this cycle. Oh, I've been on HGH for 6 months and it seems to have picked my metabolism up some. I'm not eating clean but I'm still pretty lean and can see a six pack. I thought that my diet and gear would turn me into a lard A _ _. LOL
