, now down to 97 kilos, arms and back are coming along decent, but im researching for that extra edge of cutting and strength gain we all know is available with modern chemistry.
cutting come from diet not chemistry
Not asking for sources in anyway just posting a thank you and a hello to all in my age bracket who are getting fit and ripped.
My goals are to hit the 92-94kilo range, drop the love handles, rip up the body and be able to take my shirt off without embarrassment by may.
This goal can be acheaved by diet. go to the diet section of this forum and research that
I am a virgin to AAS and PCT. Have read tons over the last two months on the subject and I feel its the right path for me and my body. I have always been able to put weight and muscle mass on with no effort (good genetics?). I have just moved back to the USA from 1.8yrs in Thailand. I work offshore on vessels, and the food does not support a good diet, so its been quite hard to eat properly but to loose what i have well i have just stopped eating and reduced my portions greatly! Not the best route to take but its really my only option until i get home and get my hands on proper gear to bring back out, power bars, proteins shakes supplements etc. I work in India on a 5 week on 5 week off. The vessel I am on has a great gym for offshore but no free weights (due to vessel pitch and heave in the seas) and im anxious to get home to a real gym. The biggest issue I have now, is i work 12hr shifts, i was doing a 2 days on 1 day off routine but because of the diet i am adhering to well exhaustion has set in, im now down to every other day and have had to take 3 days off from anything to try and catch up some rest and get my body sorted out. I found this website and its a fountain of knowledge and has answered tons of questions for me in a small amount of time. and like every other newbie on here I am curious about legit sites etc, i read the rules and i think they are the way forward. i would rather have this place for research than for posting web sites to crap AAS or worse etc.
Im glad you are researching. This is the best way to go about this. I have been your place before but the obsticles you mentioned can be overcome. I bought tuna by the case and eat a can every two hours and worked out as soon as I woke up. (I was in the oil field at the time)
Thank you guys for helping out a fat aging guy who is more than determined to get the beach body by may!! Cut, train, diet, AAS and train more!
Cheers
