40 BF25%+ Working my a** off!
Hi to all of my generation, I have been in and out of the gym since I was younger, currently I turned 40 in July have love handles like you wouldn't believe, drug my sorry behind back into the gym. Went in the gym a month ago pretty soft at 103 kilos, now down to 97 kilos, arms and back are coming along decent, but im researching for that extra edge of cutting and strength gain we all know is available with modern chemistry. Not asking for sources in anyway just posting a thank you and a hello to all in my age bracket who are getting fit and ripped.
My goals are to hit the 92-94kilo range, drop the love handles, rip up the body and be able to take my shirt off without embarrassment by may. I am a virgin to AAS and PCT. Have read tons over the last two months on the subject and I feel its the right path for me and my body. I have always been able to put weight and muscle mass on with no effort (good genetics?). I have just moved back to the USA from 1.8yrs in Thailand. I work offshore on vessels, and the food does not support a good diet, so its been quite hard to eat properly but to loose what i have well i have just stopped eating and reduced my portions greatly! Not the best route to take but its really my only option until i get home and get my hands on proper gear to bring back out, power bars, proteins shakes supplements etc. I work in India on a 5 week on 5 week off. The vessel I am on has a great gym for offshore but no free weights (due to vessel pitch and heave in the seas) and im anxious to get home to a real gym. The biggest issue I have now, is i work 12hr shifts, i was doing a 2 days on 1 day off routine but because of the diet i am adhering to well exhaustion has set in, im now down to every other day and have had to take 3 days off from anything to try and catch up some rest and get my body sorted out. I found this website and its a fountain of knowledge and has answered tons of questions for me in a small amount of time. and like every other newbie on here I am curious about legit sites etc, i read the rules and i think they are the way forward. i would rather have this place for research than for posting web sites to crap AAS or worse etc.
Thank you guys for helping out a fat aging guy who is more than determined to get the beach body by may!! Cut, train, diet, AAS and train more!
Cheers
Craig

I understand where your comming from. I used to work on tankers and cargo ships with my father and can say that for the most part the food is not good for your goals. Im sure you can bring your own food and protien shakes but it will be hard the get the proper nutrition on a ship. See if you can work something out with the kitchen so you can store your food and heat it up yourself. Im no expert on cycles but i would advise you NOT to cycle yet until you have reached your natural limit. Get your diet in check and training hard. Just stay with a good diet and training and you will see great results without a cycle.

This is correct. do not try your cycle untill at least one year in the gym
Remembver your goals can be accomplished through diet alone. It will go faster with exercise but diet alone will do what you want.
come back and tell us what your body fat index is your height and any other info that will help. we will be better able to help

welcome mrbaker060705, yes diet is a must. i came here for one purpose, is to do AAS, but after few kicks on the butt i got the message and did what i was advised to do, “DIET” is the fastest way to lose fat, of course as mentioned above with cardio you can go much faster. i speak from experience, i lost 35 pounds in less than 6 months, and if you have good genetics like you say, then you should achieve your goal by May. if you decide to do any AAS i suggest looking into SARMs S4, it helped me lose fat and put on some muscles while dieting and doing heavy cardio. to learn about S4 just go to the S4 board and read some of the logs, including mine. good luck buddy...
