    Hi guys!

    I'm Steve and I'm 45 years old. I have been weight training off & on for the past 20 years. I joined this board to learn more about AS and I'm convinced that this is the place to be!

    I particularly like the "Over 40" forum as there's such a wealth of knowledge here, I'm going to be busy reading for months!
