    Smile Hello

    I just wanted to say hello, I'm a newbie to the forum and site but not in the gym or the ring. I have been pondering doing a cycle for a very long time and I now feel I'm ready to have a go.

    I hope I can gain valuable information from this site and maybe give some back.....you never know huh?
