Well i got another bf% cell check this week and it showed 20% bf, this is way to high for me to start a cycle in September i need to lower this to at least 12%.

My diet is going good, i started taking Oxyelite fatburner on a regular basis now and it really helps, along with Kre Alkalyn creatine.

I am glad to say that my strength is up and i am starting to lift a bit heavier.

I split my training program as followed so i train everyday or almost everyday that is the benefit of working 3 days a week i guess. I also workout twice a day morning and night.

depending how i feel i will repeat or take a day off.

Instead of going to get a membership to the gym i will invest in my home gym, i have a lot right now with a leg press, bench press, lat pulldown and lots of free weights. I will buy more db and more weight too.

I am eating around 2000 cals a day and following eat stop eat principle intermittent fasting.

I also notice that my arms are getting bigger do to all the pressing i have been doing, bench, incline, db press and military press.

I am shooting at 195 pounds bodyweight and around 16 inch arms and 34 inch waist this was my all time best before i got injured when i was 29 years old. I am sure that its not impossible to get back to this shape even at 38 years old.
