    Going on HRT Legally

Well I am about to go on HRT with an Anti-Aging clinic. I had my consultation today and tomorrow I do the blood work. I've had blood work done 3 times in the last few months by my doctor so I know it's low enough. I am 45 years old and after talking to the consultant he said unless something comes back in the blood work that requires fine tuning for me the standard is 200mg Test Cyp a week and HCG and Anastrozole.

The consultant said the goal of their clinic is to keep my level between 900 and 1000 at all times.

So my question is if I eat right and lift heavy (Like I have already been doing) is that enough to get steady gains? I know it's not like a cycle but will it be enough to gain a good amount of muscle if I work hard at it?

I am 175 pounds 5'10" I squat sets of 340 pounds I do chin-ups with a 45 hanging from my waist and dips with 55 hanging. I just don't get bigger I am pretty defined though for my age.

It's enough to make some good moderate slow gains. That is a good/high level. I used a anti Aging clinic for the first year until my doc kept getting upset if I got over 450. I was having blood work done at least once a month and my insurance didnt pay so it got expensive.

I ended up going to an endocrinologist and insurance pays for everything 100% and he said blood work ever 6 months. He saw my one high level at 800 and said it's not that high.... no problem.
