    42 and feeling it

    Hello to all,

For the last few years I have told my doctor at every Physical that [I][I](something???) was wrong with me. No energy, aches, pains and just not quite myself. He said get more exercise!!! I have worked out all my life. Not a body builder routine. Just a normal twice a week and run two miles five day routine. I am 5' 11" 180 in pretty good shape for 42. In the last two years I have lost so much strength and acquired belly fat. In January I hired a personal trainer for three months@ three sessions a week. She discounted the sessions after two months due to poor results. I thought she was going to kill me. She said she had never seen so much effort achieve so little results. I give up. Wait is that lowT commercial guy talking to me? How did he know??? My girlfriend just can't keep a secret!! Is she sleeping with that guy? Oh well I need my sleep anyway. After some research and much debate I had my blood tested. Total testosterone 285, free testosterone almost non existent. Well at least I know what’s wrong now. Now what to do? I get the feeling the doctor I went to is worried more about my looks than how I feel. I understand that these things go hand in hand to a certain point, but I am concerned about overkill. Also the cost seems a little high. He has prescribed the following for me.

    Andropen 275 1.5ML weekly

    Nandrolon D 200mg/ML .5 ML weekly

    Anavar 10MG 3X per day

    12 week cycle

I have slightly high blood pressure and cholesterol 265 with lipitor

I really have no idea if this sounds right of not. What do you think??

When you say 12 week cycle .
Do you mean 12 weeks before blood work and new meds .
Was there more things prescribed ? Finastride , Nolvadex ?

There is a post cycle treatment that consist of:

    Anastrozol 3xday 4 weeks
Tamoxifin 1/2 pill twice a day 4 weeks

For a total cycle of 16 weeks.

    Then re-evaluate

Wow what country are you in? Figured they would just pin ya with a little Test or some gel maybe... You pretty much described me in your first post. 41, no trainer, no blood work, but feel same. Please keep us up to date. I would like to follow your progress. Good luck.

Anastrozole and tamoxifin are not synergistic .
I understand the AAS . Looks like some kind of cycle and not a TRT regiment .

    Good luck

cycle would probably make you feel better without the Nandrolon (Deca ) and maybe save you some money.

I would workout at least three times a week along with your running. Is your running 2 miles five days a week for 10 miles total per week?

WOW 265 with Lipitor. How'd you get there? And BP already high! You may experience some headaches.

    Yes, running 2 miles a day X 5 days.
High cholesterol is just genetic. It was 210 when I was 25 in great physical condition.

Don't wanna be old: What do you mean, Cycle vrs trt regiment?

TRT as in Testosterone Replacement Therapy, which is usually in a low dose and long term... as opposed to higher doses and or multiple compounds administered for shorter durations... Thats why I asked if in US.

Moto, are you on a trt regiment? If so, what is it? Are you satisfied?

No I am not. Not yet. Been researching and getting ready for over a year. I will probably do 250 Test E with 40 Anavar .... Still weighing the options and working out everything.

I am surprised that lipitor is not reducing your cholesterol below 200. I would think your doc would try a different statin. Your proposed cycle is 412.5 mg test per week this along with the Anavar would be considered a cycle.

After cycle you may need to use more of a TRT dose. There is a forum just for TRT check it out.
