    Made my first purchase...

    Well I have been reading and asking questions now for a few weeks and decided today to make a purchase through AR-R .

    My plan is to add size naturally with food and supplements and maybe with my doctor's help (pending my appt next week and bloodwork for low-t) until the first of the year. After that I will begin a cutting phase that will last 12 weeks and end the week before Spring Break.

    I purchased Clen , Keto, T3 and Taurine to help me achieve the body I have not seen in many years...of course combined with STRICT diet, HIIT, higher reps and cardio. I plan to follow the routine as prescibed.

    I hope things work out. My main concern is not allowing the increased nervousness and jitters to affect my lectures (Mechanical Engineering Professor).

    Any feedback or advice?

    Wait, you want to add size but you bought clen and T3?

    I'm an educator myself, and actually have found that I lecture better when I use any kind of thermogenics.

    I have no knowledge of the products from which you bought yours. I have nothing to say about those products.

    I can only say start slowly with the clen and as your body gets used to it increase the amount you take.

    There are a whole lot of different thoughts from many people on how to take clen and T3. I have my way and it works for me.

    I say don't worry about the catabolic effects of T3. as long as you continue to work hard in the gym and eat plenty of protein you will accomplish your gaol.

    I have done clen on and off for about ten years now.
    Im from the old school of thought that clen shoul be done two weeks on two weeks off, as the receptors will stop working after two weeks. during the two weeks pyromid the clen. start with the minimum your body can tolerate. with me it is 80mcg. then progress to 110 whick is all my body can tolerate. Other people can tolerate more. l But at our age keep a close check on your blood pressure.
    # should be taken 50-75mcg every day throughout the cycle.
    I try to use the clenbuterol at the end of my cycles or plan it so that at the end of my cycle I will be starting my two weeks on. clen has been known for its anticatabolic properties. It aids in the retention of your gains. The t3 is bad about making me sleepy or just plain lethargic. I have to be careful that. but whilst on clen at the same time that is cancled.

    there are many schools thought on how to run clen or clen/T3. they all have there valuable arguments but I just stick to the tried and true method. It worked in the past and it still works for me. If you plane a cycle of AAS let us know what you will be doing and how it falls in the time frame you are running the clen/T3

    Kaju...thank you for the input. I guess I will try the 12 week method prescribed in other threads. If I am not getting the results I can always switch to 2 on/2 off. I have the Keto and the T3 coming so I am going to go that route and see how it works for me. I will keep you posted on my progress...I wont be starting until January. Until then I am going to continue to try bulking by eating like a hog and injesting as much protein as I can. I would do an AAS cycle but I do not have a source as of yet so its just the same ole same ole until then. I am hoping my doctor will find me low-t next week during my appointment and start me on testosterone but I am not to optimistic. At the least I will get my bloodwork done and know where I stand. Thank you again for your help...

    Also I did a lot of reading and I didnt see any reference to T3 putting a guy in a catabolic state. If this is a legitimate possibilty I might hold off on the T3 until spring. Will clen also make gains or maintaining muscle mass difficult? Maybe I shouldnt start the clen until spring either?

    There have been reports of small gains using clen . But I have never run clen alone so I cannot say from experiance.
