ajax above post Got Tears In My Eyes!!

Ajaxs post is uneal. Like others I feel its my story. Here is my question thow, I am not looking to get big. I now most of you want to throw something at me but its the truth. I am 6 ft 4 and I feel the more weight on my joints. I just want to get lean and get my strenght back. I have been laid up for 3 years now and have lost total controle. Last time I was at pain doctor I ask him for advise on how to heal some old wounds. I thought he told me HGC. I have since figured out that was not right. I still had the IV in my arm and I prob was out of it. Since I have learned he ment HGH. After talking to a local lifter he thought I should throw a little deca into my bad shoulder at the same time. Any thoughts on what you would do. At least after reading Ajaxs post I know there is hope hear if I read enough and ask enough questions. THANKS

I am getting some botox injections in the cervical spine, to relief my neck pain, i am 39, i cannot lift weights anymore because it causes scar tissue. At 5 feet 10 inches i now weight 220 pounds, i got on the ketogenic diet last week and lost 9 pounds. I am also seeing a triggerpoint specialist, he told me that if i would lose 30-40 pounds my pains would go away. I am massive still got a big chest, big legs and more, but like he said when you train you build scar tissue and that causes chronic pains in my case. I was on keto before and lost huge amount of weight and muscles too, tell you the thruth i dont care anymore, being pain free and living life to its fullest is my goal, having big massive muscles is a thing of the past. Eating eggs, and red meat will build up cholesterol and eating saturated fats will also help build up testosterone in the body. Going keto and fasting 15-18 hours per day will get the GH going.
The best goal is being pain free, i have suffered from back pains for 10 years, i was very lucky that i found both guys that now train me and give me prolotherapy treatments. For training it will be resitance bands from now on and conditional training, build speed and stamina, and lose maximum weight and fat.

wheel...just keep reading posts/threads around this site...hearing other ppl talk about how they used to be fatties and now are sporting 6 packs or going from 30% bf to 15% or 10%....theres a diet forum, hormone forum, and to keep it light a lounge forum and more...this is my second home and it keeps me in touch with the mindset i want and will remain for life....

i didnt look at your profile but whether you end up on hrt keep making slow positive steps toward the perfect diet and exercise program designed FOR YOU...and you will be snowballing in a positive direction and the bod/life you want will be here by the next holiday..

be looking for your posts bro

    welcome
