I'm naturally benching 350 and squatting 315 for 15 reps, no clue what my body fat is I'm guessing 20% and would like to reduce that by half. 5'9" 220
At my age I refuse to worry about bodyfat %. I look in the mirror and like or not like. I love strong, you mention squats and they are a great base. What about dead lift and bench?
My solution to purchases was to move to a country where its legal. To hell with all lawyers, and stupid lawmakers. When I was in Australia I used the net and was picked up by customs. They are a pain there. I would look for and talk to different sources for myself, and if necessary go and see them. Take the time to make sure you get what you want.
