I am 58yo, 5'7", 165# Body Builder working out 5 days a week for 9 years.
I have an ectomorh style body. I am lean shreded and I am told I am big ( we never thing we are big or big enuff ) and built like a guy in his 20's.
My chest is my best feature and I am barrel chested and really big.
My shoulders are big like bowling balls.
My arms are ok ( 15.5" ), but most people think thay are pretty big.
My back is coming along but I thinks its my weakest body part. My lats are getting bigger and I tend to be ript in the upper part of my back.
My legs blow up but are above average right now, about 24".
I have a 16.5" neck
I have a 34" waiste ( In bulk mode ), with a noticable but not ript abs and the old man skin around the waiste.
I don't know what my body fat is but you can pinch vertually no fat.
I consider my arms and back weak.
I have been as much as 185# still staying lean and shreded. I eat very clean.
This is what I have:
T-400
Tren Ethanate 200
Deca 300
Winstol
Clembuterol Liquid
Clomid tabs
Nolvadex tabs
My goal is to add about 20# of lean Mass. More strength would be a plus.
I was thinking of a 20 week cycle, starting my PST on week 18 and continuing during weeks 21-24.
Initially I was told that I should build up to a weekly intake of 800mg T-400, 600 mg of tren, 300mg Deca, primarily to help with a bad shoulder,
and Winstol every other day for 2 months on, one month off, and 2 months off.
I am not sure where to put the clem.
