Think we will ever have an over 65 forum?
Was wondering how all this TRT, HRT, and GH lifestyle that has grown since the milenium is going to effect longevity in the next few decades. What do you guys think...Longer and healthier lives or shorter and more quality?

I'm what you call a "life extender". Practice most of what they preach. I am shooting for longer quality of life. It would be nice if that were to happen into my 90's, so we'll see....

Longer and healthier, absolutely.

I would say that those of us here who have seriously followed a lifetime in and around sports and gyms will have longer and healthier lives. I would also say that average life expectancy across the board is in decline due to fast food, lack of exercise, TV, bad education and increasing poverty.
We are the lucky ones! We often do also make our own luck! Lets all try to make the world a better place where we can enjoy our 60's 70's 80's and beyond. John

You do have to pay attention to making your own health.
