    calfs

    Anyone have any good fixes on blowing out the calves...wheels were always my weakest(genetics) Were always strong and ripped but never big. Any advice is appreciated as always. Thanks

    doubt you will ever get them big, but you can certainly get them bigg"er". Two or three sets, twice a week is abouut all you can do from a routine standpoint.

    here's the challenge, as I see it.

    muscles only grow at rest. but for most, we are on our feet all day, and our calves are NOT resting. so how do we get out of this catch 22? MORE REST!
    but from a practicle standpoint, this is impracticle for most. we need to be able to move around, and therefore exercise our calves when they should be resting.

    and finally, bigger calves come from bigger cows...

    wait! (did i justt say that?)

    finally, to grow calves, like any muscle, your diet needs to be in a calorie surplus.

    for most of us, calves are really a challange. They respond slowly, but they do respond.

    not fukked. just in the same boat as most of us.

    you have to be extremely patient with calves. just keep doing what i said above. come back in a year and tell me you don't see some good improvement?
