44 year old male, started this on Monday 11/18/13. Done 25-50 minutes of cardio ,mild strength and abs, just to look my best to get weight right and look as good as possible. Body a little brokedown from occupation, but I'm unusually sore? Could this be from what I'm using?
Any diet tips would greatly appreciated, or links?

I would stop all your compounds until you get a good diet and hit a plateau from it.
T3 is just gonna eat your muscle up buddy.
What are your stats?
5'10" 215lbs. 20%BF

T3 causes some muscle soreness. Almost like the flu.
Too much T3 and you will loose muscle.
Please do not be offended. But I do not think anyone asking questions about T3 should be doing T3. You should learn and read so much that you feel like an expert on T3 before consiering doing it in my honest opinion. Good luck though.
