You don't need that much for cruising. You'll do fine with 100-150mg per week, imho. It's the time to give your body a little rest and find homeostasis. You're goal should be to use a dose that allows you to avoid an AI and all other ancillaries except HCG .

I'm curious, what does your Total and Free T levels return to after PCT?
How are your lipids on tren ?

To your question directly. How long you run it depends on BW.

buster it's even better if you split that dose in half and inject twice per week. You'll see more stable T levels as well as less of a need for any AI. Less injected at one time = less spike in E2. Win-Win.

    That's great news
How long could I go for without a rest?
    0.25 twice a week
I don't want to really come off, I have noticed my age more over the last 2 years coming off really screws up my sex life and strength

Well, probably indefinitely as it's basically a TRT protocol. BW should be monitored every 6 months or so keeping an eye on RBC's, Hematocrit, etc, as if it gets too high it's very unhealthy. Routinely giving blood is an option many use here, but if your protocol is right you should be good without it. There's a list of blood work in the HRT Forum sticky thread titled "Finding a Doc" which will help you out.

Being that you're in your 50's your levels are probably not that great naturally anymore. You may consider coming off and getting under a doctor's care at which time insurance should cover your meds. Then still B & C when you feel the need. Just a thought anyway....

It would especially be prudent to pay attention to your lipids, which I mentioned earlier. Tren is horrible on them and it's something you may consider avoiding if you struggle in the cholesterol department.
