    T3 vs T4

I know T3 is very good as part of a cardio and sensible diet... but it is catabolic.

How good is T4? Is it catabolic as well?

Ar-r sells T3 but I do not see T4... did I miss it?

I would get a thyroid hormone blood work test done. The thyroid gland uses iodine from food to make two thyroid hormones: thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3). The thyroid gland stores these thyroid hormones and releases them as they are needed. You do want to see if you might have hypothyroidism. Disorders of the pituitary gland or the hypothalamus (secondary and tertiary forms of hypothyroidism). The pituitary gland and hypothalamus produce hormones that control the thyroid and, as a result, affect its ability to produce thyroid hormone.

Now my personal take on T4 and T3. I had noticed both my T4 and T3 were low on my past several years of blood work. My Doctor didnt seem to concerned about this. Well I got some T4 (levothyroxine) and wow I noticed a huge change in my overall mood and energy. I take 50 mcg of it daily. When I miss a dose I can tell. In the box that this medication came in it states "This medication should not be used for weight loss. Normal doses of this medication will not cause eight loss in people with normal thyroid function. Large doses of this medication may cause very serious (possibly fatal) side effects, especially when taken with diet pills."

T3 - I got a bottle of this from ARR. This stuff is great for a weight loss drug. I also got Clen as well. The combo has been great. I am using it as a 1 week on and 1 week off. Here is great information about T3 and Clen. Clen/T3 Cutting Cycle...

Did you get your irregular heart rhythm issues resolved, triky? If not, I wouldn't add anything until it is resolved. Not trying to get in your personal business, but I've been through the whole range of issues with my heart.
If your cardiologist cleared you, then my post doesn't apply.

Ok - How do you do this

There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
