Been on TRT for six months and new labs show my T at 630 and E at 180. I know that is high but Doc told me not to worry and did not offer an AI.

Bad advise?

Looks to me like a total estrogen test.
We generally like to look at E2 sensitive test results.
What was the name and range of your E test?

Estrogen Total - 180
Range 40-115

No other info was provided from LabCorp

I am asymptomatic as far as any E related side effects other than my libido has dropped off enough for ME to notice but I am still functional. No gyno.

I started out with Test C 200 1ml ev o week. Changed to ev week and added .5ml of BIO TS400 with it.

I went from T level of 250 and now I am 631 as of 1/15.
Should I go down to 100ml a week instead?

Was advised to try Depogen ARS twice daily. Let's see how that works out.
