New Cycle, questions and feedback

Well, been off PCT for four months, time for another cycle.

To recap my newbie posts, 47 y.o., 5'10" , 220lbs with 11% BF. 30 years lifting under my belt. My first cycle went well, now looking to blast to the next level. I have kept all my gains and maintained good training discipline since my last cycle.

Thinking of the following:

Sustanon 250, 500mg/week
Deca 400mg/week
Proviron 100mg/day
Arimidex .5mg/EOD

Run all of the above 16 weeks. Then PCT Nolvadex 40/20/20/20 for weeks 18 - 22.

What would be a good run with Clomid with the Nolvadex?

I am running the Arimidex from day one as my first cycle water retention snuck up on me around week 10 and my blood pressure was too high because of it. Is there a better way to keep the water off? One buddy has the Deca moon face going and his neck thickened out too much with water as well. I want to avoid that at all costs.

Also, should I stick to 500mg/week on the Sustanon or push 750mg/week? I don't mind jabbing.

More questions when I think of them.

If you had a great first cycle why add a compound? Why not run the same cycle again? But maybe do it right this time with AI from the start, a proper out and HCG too?

I am not sure I can source the HCG, but if I can, what would be the recommendation on dosage and frequency? I don't really see it on listed on sample cycles.

Thanks man, but would that be throughout the cycle or as part of PCT, I have seen cycles with it both ways.

Think I am going to run Nolvadex also through the cycle at 10/mg ED. Read up more and during PCT looking at Clomid 100/50/50/50 paired with the Nolvadex as above.

As for the Proviron, I see people all over the place with dosage, so I decided on the higher end of 100mg ED.

Unfortunately, I can only source Deca in 50mg/ml. That's some huge shots, so either EOD of 2ml to meet my 400mg/week plan or 50mg/ED. Ouch.

Mate read this and just run a test only cycle but do it properly this time.

Thanks, still in planning stages and thinking out loud on here rather than in my head.

So the sample cycle I gave is ok after a few test only cycles begin to show lesser results? I never plan on competing at my age and have no desire to cut lower than 10% BF. But a massive, well rounded muscular look is what I am shooting for. I think I am well on my way.
